And the Friday top 25 action was capped off with a pivotal matchup in the AAC as the suspenseful Group of Five race toward a New Year’s Six berth nears its climax.
No. 18 Memphis hosted No. 19 Cincinnati on Friday afternoon, with the Tigers needing a victory to secure a rematch with the Bearcats next Saturday for the AAC title.
